What we collect
When you submit a form (audit request, free scan or contact), we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, store URL and information about your business and project. We may also collect basic analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your information solely to review your store, respond to your request, and communicate about a potential engagement. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are stored in our database (Supabase) and transactional emails are sent via Resend. Optional analytics are handled by PostHog. Each processor maintains its own security and compliance posture.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing contact@forgify.ch. We respond to legitimate requests promptly.
Cookies & analytics
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the site and, where enabled, privacy-friendly product analytics. You can block cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.
