01/Demo Lab

Proof of what we build — before you commit a franc.

Four prototype scenarios. Each one shows the problem, the build, the stack and the business angle. Want one for your store? We’ll scope it from an audit.

Why the Demo Lab exists

Illustrative builds — architecture, not claims.

These are concept builds we put together to show how we’d approach a real Shopify problem — the moving parts, the stack and what changes for a team. They exist so you can judge our thinking before committing a franc, not to imply a track record we’ve dressed up.

Each one maps to something stores genuinely ask for. None of them is a client result, and none of the numbers are invented.

How to read these demos

  1. 01ProblemThe expensive thing that's actually happening in the store.
  2. 02ArchitectureHow the pieces fit — server-side first, no bloat.
  3. 03What changes for the teamThe day-to-day work the build removes.
  4. 04Scope rangeAn honest, cautious price band — not a quote.
  5. 05What we measureThe metrics we'd instrument from day one.

02 — Prototype scenarios

These are not fake case studies

Every build on this page is an illustrative concept — no client names, no invented numbers, no dressed-up results. They show how we’d build, so you can decide what’s worth building for you.
